A LITTLE BIT ABOUT PACIFIC PUPS DOG WALKING
Welcome to Pacific Pups Dog Walking.
Accredited, experienced and qualified Dog Walking in the Elk Valley, BC.
Pacific Pups is a local dog walking company, focusing on fun, safe and social hikes in the forests surrounding Elkford, Sparwood & Fernie.
After many years working with some great companies in the Sea to Sky area, In 2022 I followed my dream to start a dog walking company that focused on exercising dogs in a fun, safe and social environment, where education and experience come together to provide the best experience for both you and your dog.
To ensure this, education has been key, including certification in Canine Social Behavior,
IAP Dog Walking Certification and Pet First Aid with Walks N Wags.
Canine care is our passion, and to insure Pacific Pups offers the highest quality of care, education is ongoing.
We limit every walk to a MAXIMUM OF 7 DOGS for "pack walks".
We also use TRACTIVE GPS TRACKERS for every dog
and hi-vis jackets and bells to ensure we are seen and heard.
Each dog is assessed during a Meet and Greet before joining the pack walks. This ensures Pacific Pups can determine exactly what particular needs your dog/s have, and place them with the most suitable furiends.
Every dog's safety and happiness is paramount, so we always follow the most up to date education and research. We understand that every dog is an individual so using all of our skills, we tailor our approach to your individual dog.

MEET AND GREET
Want to join a Pacific Pups Dog Adventure?
Book a FREE Meet and Greet today.
This gives you and your dog/s the opportunity to interact with their walker, while giving you the chance to discuss your dogs specific needs and requirements.
During a Meet & Greet we will discuss what you are looking for and how Pacific Pups can work with you to create a positive and rewarding experience for your dog.
We will discuss your dogs previous experiences with other dogs and people, their play style and behavioral traits, and will require information regarding your pup/s vaccinations.

Whether you're working or enjoying activities, you will know your dog is having fun ALL DAY.

PET CHECK-IN
Working late? Going Away?
The Pet Check-in service is designed to offer company, feeding, or a short walk should you not be able to be at home during the evening.
Each Check-in is for the a duration of 45 minutes and covers important tasks such as bathroom breaks, feeding, changing water and cuddles.
Should your pet require a little extra stimulation, puzzle and enrichment games can be provided.
Available for dogs, cats, rabbits and other little furry family pets and fish.
45 minutes: $35
HALF DAY HIKE
Burning off the beans!
A half day hike is a great way to get out those zoomies, socialize with FURiends and learn important skills.
During a Half Day Hike, your dog will be picked up from your home/ work, and taken for a minimum of a 1.5 hour hike before being dropped off following their adventure. Expect your dog to be in the care of Pacific Pups for up to 3 hours.
Hike Pick-up's start from 7:00am.
1.5 hour hike: $36
All packages include pick-up and drop off!
Expect for your pup to be in the care of Pacific Pups for an estimated 3 hours for a Half Day Pack Hike..
Pick-up & Drop-off times for a Full Day Hike is between 7:30-4:00 pm, and your dog will remain in our care for the entire time.
